OE starts at startup

Hello Group,

I have a Vaio laptop that has Win XP Home w/SP1 on it.. After installing
SP2, Outlook Express now starts everytime I turn the laptop on.. I've looked
everywhere I can think of to stop this from happening but to no avail.. I've
looked in MSconfig, Startup menu, etc.. I've re-installed Window 3 times now
and everytime after installing SP2, OE starts.. Can someone tell me how to
turn this off?

Try this free utility from Mike Lin to see if you can find it:

Also look for other Autostarting programs that may have an email component -
that could cause this behavior.

That did the trick.. "HControl.exe" was starting.. That little tool found
it.
