OE not quoting and indenting text with certain replys

Seems this may not have gone through this morning. Try again.

OE is not indenting text with [ > ]character when replying to certain
posters in newsgroups. Only noticed it with one poster so far over a period
of a few years. Whose reader is causing the problem and if it's mine how do
I fix it?
