OE mail links non-responsive

Cannot access email links... Recently downloaded ISP supplied Firewall, Spy
and Virus software. Could one of these be the problem?

This will correct that problem about 90% of the time: Start/Run [or
Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt]/type "regsvr32 urlmon.dll"
[less the quotes], and click "OK".
