OE error message on attachments

I keep receiving the following message on incoming
attachments that I am sending from my work address to my
home address: "OE removed access to the following unsafe
attachment in your mial". I know that they are safe
because I am sending them to myself. Does anyone know
how to correct this so that Outlook will accept
attachments from this address?

Tools, options, security. Uncheck box for "do not allow
attachments..."
