Hi every one,
I re-installed (clean install) Windows XP Prof. on my friend's pc. Every
thing works fine, configured the internet and got on line via a dial up ISDN
phone line.
The problem is: When I open my OE 6, I can receive mails BUT can not send
mails out.
Help will be most grateful please.
Thanks

Open Tools/Accounts and select the email account Properties. Under Servers
ensure that the correct outgoing server (SMTP) is entered. It is sometimes
different than the POP3 server name.

You need to configure the servers correctly - "server name" is NOT a
valid server name!
Contact your ISP for settings.
