OE automatically removing attachment

I can't open any attachment I receive as OE has removed
access to it. How can this be reversed?

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. (Hint: Tools>Options>Security)
 
Goto Tools, Options, Security, and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments to be saved..."
