OE attachment removal

When friends send me emails with attachments, I usually
get this advisory: OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail:

I can see that happening once in a while, but it is now
happening with almost EVERY attachment I get, unless it
is a scanned picture or a word attachment. Does this
happen with everyone else? I can't see any point to
having the pleasure of attachments in my email, if I can
GET them!

Greetings Joelle,

This is just a new security feature in Outlook Express that you can easily turn off. To do
so, click the Tools menu in Outlook Express, then Options, then the Security tab, uncheck 'Do
not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus' and then click
OK.
