OE and MULTIPLE UERS

I am currently using a single WinXP user account with
multiple OE id's. I now want to set up mutiple XP user
accounts. In doing so I discovered the e-mail folders
did not move when setup OE in new XP user acount. I
tried using OEBW to do this but it won't allow it's use
in the new XP account. Any help to move the OE folders
for the second id to the OE program in the new XP user
interface?

The Outlook Express newsgroup would probably do you better than XP
