OE access error HELP!!!!

T

Tim

Recently i've been having problems opening my attachments.
It wouldn't allow me to open any attachments,
except .doc, .xls and office documents. It wouldn't allow
me to open any other file extension,
like .jpg, .html, .gif, .pdf etc. And It's all happend
when i download an update for Internet Explorer 6.

It comes up with the message.

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail".

How the hell do i fix this up?

Before i even downloaded this update i could already open
the attachments in there. And it wouldn't even let me save
the attachments.
And also when i highlight the attachment, it goes dull, as
in, not able to select this option, or there is no option.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

e-mail me with with a solution at (e-mail address removed)

Solved my own problem. I THINK. Tell me if i'm worry.

Go to Outlook Express.
Then to TOOLS --> OPTIONS --> SECURITY --> Then
unclick --> DO NOT ALLOW ATTACHMENTS TO BE SAVED OR OPENED
THAT COULD POTENTIALLY BE A VIRUS.
Then Apply. Close Outlook Express.
Open it back up again, then SAVE attachments, then check
for virus's, then continue onwards.
Once down make sure you check/mark that option box again.
