OE removed access to incoming attachments

When I open my friend's e-mail and click to open the
attachment, it says: "OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail."

How do I turn off this feature so that I may access my
friend's attachment?

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option; Do not allow...
