OE 6 toolbar

I am running Win. XP & the 'printer icon ' on my 'OE' toolbar is
inactive...how can I restore it to active

Make sure to state the version of OE.
 
Well I would have but after searching around & not finding one I thought I
would ask here as others were asking Outlook Express questions...sorry if I
did the wrong thing.

I went into the "newsgroups" menu and type "Express".
Here is what I got immediately: microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
