OE 6 problem w/ Postal Inspector Critical Error

Guest

Please someone help me with this one. Each time I launch OE there is this
Message: Postal Inspector Critical Error. Postal Inspector Outlook Express
Edition could not be detected by the Postal Inspector service. Please find
this file (PostalInspectorOE.exe) and run it manually. By default, the file
has been installed in the directory C:\Program Files\Postal Inspector Outlook
Express\Postal Inspector Outlook Express Edition. If you have a problem
locating this file, please contact GIANT company support at
www.giantcompany.com
This file doesn't exist anymore (I deleted it thinking it was spyware or
something of that sort. I forgot it was linked (I think) with IhateSpam,
which I deleted a long time ago) neither is GIANT company.
Please, tell me what to do to make it back like it was before when I opened
OE and nothing happened, except my emails and Spams. I might say that Spams
are nothing compared to this Critical Error. I ordered IE6 cd from Microsoft
thinking that if I reinstalled it it could solve my problem. I kind of doubt
it.
Any suggestion, please.
Thanks
Samwise

Your current Identity may have been damaged by Giant Spam Inspector
(http://www.giantcompany.com/support.htm), especially if its the default
Main Identity. Try one or more of your accounts in a new Named Identity
(File>Identities>Add new identity). Assuming all is well, import messages
from the old Identity before deleting it (File>Identities>Manage
Identities).

Don't use Inbox or Sent Items to archive messages. Move them to local
folders created for this purpose.

Disable Background Compacting [N/A in SP2] and frequently perform a manual
compact of all OE folders while "working offline". More at
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/files/maintain.htm.

Your anti-virus application's email scanning feature can also cause such
corruption. Disable it. It provides no additional protection.
