OE 5 question on sending email to many recipients (70) at one time

Using OE 5--I am Pres of a Nationwide Club and want to post event
announcements to multiple members. Message is 15kb. I am putting 70 or less
addresses in the bcc box. When I try to send I get error message

The message could not be sent because its size exceeded the server's limit.
You can use the option, located in Tools | Accounts | Properties | Advanced,
to break messages into smaller parts. Subject 'MBCA INFO---TWO SE REGIONAL
EVENT coming up....FL8 B', Account: 'POP3.email.msn.com', Server:
'SMTP.email.msn.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '552 5.3.4 Requested
action aborted; number of recipients or message quota reached', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 552, Error Number: 0x800CCC6D

Yesterday it let me send about 4 such e mails and then I got the above
message. Today it won't let me send any. I checked Hotmail (my server) and it
says max of 100 addresses per e mail. I do not go over 70. I even tried
cutting it to 30 and still no go.
Can someone please help?

This is an Outlook group, not OE, similar names, different programs.

You should try looking up mailmerge - not sure if you can do it in OE, you
can in Outlook. Failing that, try our email scheduler
(http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm) which will allow you to send
multiple individual emails, either as a one-off or regularly at a specified
time and interval.
