When I try to send an e-mail, the e-mail does not go and I get this message.
Subject 'test', Account: 'pophm.sympatico.ca', Server:
'smtphm.sympatico.ca', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '552 5.3.4 Requested
action aborted; number of recipients or message quota reached', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 552, Error Number: 0x800CCC6D

Spent a lot of time with my service provider and they are saying it is a
winsdows mail problem. The program was working well till last night.

Help!

id check your file wall - outgoing mail port and if that fails do a system
restore to when it was working ok.

No, it's not a Windows Mail problem. The error message is
quite self-evident. The server is rejecting your attempt to send
because either
a) your message has too many recipients, or
b) you've sent too many emails over the past 24 hours.

The latter possibility is troubling because sometimes it means
your PC has been taken over by malware which is sending
out tons of spam.
