odd program

I am having problems connecting to internet with my mcafee
firewall set to filter. while checking into mcafees
suggestions on resolving this issue i have come across
something odd.
when I go into my add/remove programs window I find Ie 6
listed in the programs and also one called
'internet explorer Q832894'

does anyone know if this is a legitimate program or a
virus or something?
