Good afternoon. I am new to this site and I need some assistance. I am trying to do a MS Word mail merge with an Excel document. My O/S is WinXP and I am using Office 2003. When I get to step #3 to select the names & addresses to use, I browse for my Excel document and once I click "open" I receive the following error.
ODBC Excel Driver Login Failed-could not find installable ISAM. I am able to perform the label merge successfully with the same Excel file at a different computer.
I looked on Google for some suggestions and a post had suggested editing the connection string with double quotes. I am not sure where/how to locate this. Can someone please give me step-by-step instructions?
