ODBC DSN's for all users

I want to install an application that uses an ODBC
Datasource and I want to set it up for any user to be able
to access no matter who logs in to the PC.

Wouldn't that then be a "system DSN"? Click on this tab in the ODBC
configurator, and read text at the bottom of the box.
