Occasional undelievered mail

I have documented that some, not all of my outgoing mail gets delivered.
Seems to leave my outbox but never arrives at the reciever. No error
messages, no nothing.
 
That would be a server or other software issue. Possibly getting marked as
spam and removed before the receiver gets it.

If it leaves the Outbox, it not on your end (unless your AV software is
eating it). Turn off e-mail scanning.
 
Does it show up in the Sent Items folder? If so, it did get sent out.

If you have an anti-virus scanning email, the anti-virus may have told
WinMail the message was sent even though it was not.
