If your copy of Windows came pre-installed with your computer, you will have
to ask your computer manufacturer for help.

Do you have retail or MFG OEM CD?
IF MFG OEM, you have to get from computer MFG!!!

You betcha. Cross-posting is rarely necessary (and cross-posting within
similar Microsoft newsgroups is totally unnecessary), but multi-posting is a
waste of time for everyone.

Yes, but not cross-posting. Cross-posting is the preferred way to post to
multiple newsgroups.
BTW, Why do you use the web based newsgroup format rather than a newsreader?
So much easier with a newsreader, especially as much as you post.

like web based. easy to find stuff.
newsreader downloads about 300 items per news group.
haven't tried to figure out, how to restrict/control downloads.
