If those licenses were issued after you installed SP3,
then they'll eventually be returned to the free license
pool. However, if they were issued before SP3, then you
need to call the Microsoft Clearinghouse to get your
licenses reissued. If you get them reissued, you need to
install SP3 before you install the licenses.
