object reference is not set to an intance of an object

Wilst installing outlook 2003 business contact manager the obove error
message came up and prevented me from activation outlook.

Any suggestions
 
If you are still on BCM V1 upgrade to BCM V2 (Office Online web site). If
you are already on BCM V2, try uninstalling and reinstalling BCM.
