Object not found error message

When trying to edit a recurring appointment in Outlook
2000 Calendar, user is getting error message

"Can't open this item, Object not found.

Anyone know of a solution for this issue?
 
Sounds like a corrupt calendar entry. Try deleting the
entry & recreating it. We have seen this with our users
who have RIM pagers who sync Outlook with the pager & the
sync process terminates without completing. If you know
which entry it is it should be an easy fix. If not you
need to make a backup PST of the calendar, then go
through the original calendar & delete entry by entry
until you find the corrupt one!!
