I am trying to upgrade Windows XP to Windows XP
Professional and keep getting an error indicating that an
NVidia NForce driver is in conflict with Windows XP
Professional. I have downloaded the most recent NVIdia
driver from their web site but am getting nowhere. Does
anyone know what else I can do to resolve this issue?

You could uninstall the card in Device Manager, upgrade
and then it will reinstall during that process.
