nVidia WDM Video Capture

Hello, i am having difficulty with my nVidia WDM Video Capture, all capture programs i try opening tell me the source is in use by another program even though none are open. i have tried restarting the cpu,uninstalling, re-installing nothing is working, is there any maneual way to re-set my video capture connection? thanks i appricate your help, ~Nick~

Which programmes have you tried, did you get one with the card? Does this do
