nvidia video card new every boot

am having trouble with video card. it is new every boot.
installed every time. can't figure out.

Have you also installed the latest motherboard chipset drivers? An AGP slot
driver may be part of those drivers?

have tried pci & agp cards. pci installed presently.

Make sure that you've uninstalled or disabled the drivers for you integrated chip. They normally interfere with other display drivers.
