And it also costs about the same. You also need a new Core Duo system to
take advantage of the card. It's getting quite expensive.

It's a remarquable DX9 performer but what if it were totally inadequate for
DX10 games? I'd wait for the ATI R600 to come out and then for the DX10
benchmarks.
