Nvidia fx5200 drivers problem!

I am havind the same problem with one similar to yours
and a Radeon 9700.
I currently have Nvidia GeForce4 MX 440-SE and I have
exaclty the same problem as you do...

I've posted for more help in the hardware section
titled "video Card Headache".
Can anybody help us???
