Designed for Microsoft Windows XP logo requirements

I wanted to download the new drivers for my NVIDIA
GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X graphic card, but I got an
error: NVIDIA Uninstall Error (5)Access is denied
c:\windows\softwaredistribution\download\install\nvdisp.nv
u,C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvdisp.nvu

So I went to NVIDIA site to download the drivers & when
the setup was running I got this: The software you are
installing for this hardware (NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with
AGP8X) has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its
compatibility with Windows XP. Then its says it could
impair or destabilize the correct operation of your
system either immediately or in the near future & to stop.

What should I do?

Try version 61.76 instead of 61.77 or just click on continue. I have 61.77
on my desktop with no problems.
