numlock "Del / ." button problem

if i push "Del / ." button for "full stop" operation, "coma" is out at
screen. this case only in microsoft excel not in other microsoft office.

for your information, my keyboard is OK

Maybe your NumLock key is pressed, and the AutoCorrect is changing the
periods into commas..........
