Numbers of Weeks in a Specified Month?

Hi All,
Can someone help me figure out how to find the number of weeks within a
specified month?

Thanks.
 
How are you defining a week? A full seven days? Any number of days?

April started on a Friday; Is April 1 - 2 considered a week?
