Number of XP Home Connections that are Active

Is there any way that I can determine the number of actual connections to a
desktop running Win XP Home?

I have a small LAN environment and all the machines are running XP Home. I
want to determine (at various times during the day) how many actual
connections I have to a given machine. I realize that XP Home only supports
5 live connections, but would like to determine the actual number in use at
any one time.
