number of worksheets

Does anybody know if there is a limitation of the number
of worksheets that an Excel 97 file can have?

Hi
have a look at the Excel helpfile with the keyword 'Specification'.
Don't know for Excel 97 but for Excel 2003 it's just a memory issue
