Does Windows 2000 limit the number of users who can
access shared printer on Windows 2000 PC?

I have 10 users trying to share printer satisfactorily.
Suddenly it says number of users has been exceeded and
cannot access the shared printer.

Yes, the limit is on the number of simultaneous
connections to the computer which is 10. If you want
higher connection, you will probably want a server
operating system.
