Hi,
How do I add the NUL device into my image? (usage example: ping CompName >
NUL)
Is there a short list for configuring the EWF on my CF for RAM overlay?
Does NTFS formatted CF requires the NTFS component?

Sounds like you are looking for "Null Device Driver " component. This component visibility is 200. You should lower your visibility
settings in TD Tools->Options->Advanced->Minimum Visibility

NTFS support component(s) is indeed required if you want to work with NTFS formatted card on tha target.
