NTVDMCPU problem?

I have windows xp, everytime I logon to my account a window pops up and says: NTVDMCPU error C:\docume~1\Alluse~1\startm~1\program\startup\winlogon.exe, then cs: some #'s then IP: .. OP:...
any help?
