NTRDL is missing when trying to install Windows

Andrew

Hello:
I just bought a new hd because my existing one crashed 2
days ago. It is a WD 120GB and I formatted/partitioned it
with the Disk Manager utility that came with the drive.
The problem now is, with a brand new empty drive, when I
rebooted to the cd drive with the Win2k setup disk in the
drive, it keeps giving me the "NTRDL IS MISSING" message.
And then it say press "Ctrl-Alt-Del". This is the only
hard drive on the system.

Thanks.
