NTOSKRNL missing or corrupted

I strongly doubt Spybot had anything to do with this.
This is a classic appearance of a file system that is in
need of CHKDSK /F run on all partitions. If you have more
than one partition, move the pagefile to another before
scanning. Even CHKDSK is locked out of the pagefile. If
you don't have another, reduce the pagefile to about 32MB,
run CHKDSK, then put hte pagefile back to your desired
size.
