I created a second NTFS partition with available space on
my Win2k Pro system.

Now I get an NTDLR file missing error.

I don't have a repair disk or image for this machine.

When I tried to use the Repair Console I found that my
original boot partion was changed from C: to D:.

The new partion that I had created became the C drive
instead of the F drive which was the letter I assigned it
in the Disk Tools.

Is their an easy fix?

Creating a second partition or changing a second
partitions file system from FAT16 or FAT32 to NTFS, can
sometime cause the second partition to be set as the
active partition, rather than the first partition. If you
have a FAT partition on your original boot partition, use
a boot disk (win98 disk works well) and run 'fdisk'. Use
option #4 to verify which partition is active (A). Use
option #2 to set the active partion back to partition 1,
if required.
