ntldr missing

i says ntldr is missing press crlt alt delte to restart i
get that every time i restart. i tried to reboot with
windows xp cd and repair it but i need a p/w i never made
a p/w for my comp is tehre a default?

It appears that you bootloader files are missing.Boot from your XP cd and
start the setup. In the first phase of setup these files are copied. After
first phase cancel the setup.Next time start you xp...enjoy..
