NTLDR missing "fixed" - now won't boot.

I originally got the message NTDLR missing, press ALT-CTR-DEL to restart
computer. After applying the fix from MS website, now it just starts up and
before it gets to the WIN XP splash screen, it reboots over and over and
over.....loops. Can someone help me?

Boot from the CD and do a repair.
