NTLDR is missing

When I turned on my computer, I got this message with a "press any key to
continue". When I pressed enter, I got message "Boot Failure: System
Halted".
I had Windows XP installed onto my computer so I never received a disk. And
dummy me didn't make a boot disk. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

Did you check for disks in the floppy and cd-rom before reboot?

Also to let you know, my floppy drive does not work. I've been looking at
some sites for help and everyone of the sites says I need to download to a
floppy.
