NTLDR is missing

For about 2 weeks now whenever I start my computer it says
NTLDR is missing
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart
I can't do anything with my computer so i need someone to tell me what's
wrong with it and how to fix it. I have Windows XP Home and I got SP2
installed. I also have another working computer with XP on it. Please help me
 
Hi,

Boot the WinXP CD, load the Recovery Console. Copy ntldr from the I386
folder to the root of the system (boot) drive.
