NTLDR is missing, HELP!!!!!!

WHEN I TURN ON MY COMPUTER, WINDOWS WON'T START. I ONLY
GET AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING: REQUIRED PARAMETER
MISSING NTLDR IS MISSING CANNOT READ FROM FILE

What were you attempting to do just before the problem started?
