Ntldr is missing after Loading Ghost Image

I have made a Ghost Image from my laptop HD.
Loaded the Image on a new and greater HD
Get the message "Ntldt is missing"
Tried "Fixboot, Fixmbr", no result
Copying NTLDR and NTdetect.com to c: from CD no result
Even changing Boot.ini gives no result.
Is there anyone who knows a solution?

The readme.txt on the Ghost CD will tell you to make a
Ghost boot floppy first. This includes these files :-(
Then when you get to where you are, you have them
on A: to use. Any way of running Ghost on another PC?
Using it to make the floppy. HTH

Iy seems to me that i wasn't quite clear enough about the procedure i followed.
I ran Ghost on another computer and made a disk-to-image with multicast
server.
Thia alteady implies that i made a ghost network dootdisk.
Then i made the image-to-disk operation with multicast server to put it on a
new 40 Gb HD.
When starting my laptop i did get the message "NTLDR is missing" . I tried
to copy it back to the HD from a windows CD also tried to copy NTDETECT.com.
Both copy's succeeded but the message is still there.
Made at last a new installation, during that installation when a system
restart was necessary the same message occured.
I switched off the laptop and started again after several hours.
Then the installation whent on and ended successfull.
But i still do not have my old installation on the new HD
If anyone has an answer please let me hear or read it. Thank you all
