NTLDR is compressed Press ctrl+Alt+Del to Restart (HELP)

I did a HP PC System Recovery and it seemed to work
fine. Then I got this Error Message "NTLDR is compressed
Press ctrl+Alt+Del to Restart" in Dos mode. When I did
what it said it went to the same screen saying "NTLDR is
compressed Press ctrl+Alt+Del to Restart" Over and Over.

The Automatic Recovery Screen Is Not Displayed If the Bootstat.dat File Is Compressed
