i was wondering if there is a way of going back to a fat
32 system from a NTFS which is not leting me do any thing
like add a new graphics card which is needed for some of
the games its for a XP which is not connected to the web
 
You can't go back to FAT from NTFS without re-formatting the drive but, that
is not what is causing your problem. You need to look elsewhere for the
source of the problem.
