NTFS permissions

All,

If I have 2 Drives on a server and I format one drive and install a new OS
on that newly formatted drive will the 2nd drive mantain it's NTFS
permissions?

No, it will be a new install so the permissions are lost.

I have a dual boot with 98 one one and W2K Advance server
on another...98 doesnt support and NTFS but my W2k still
does....and yes i did format the drive while i had W2K
installed already..
