NTFS error - error 137

My event viewer reports this error alot - actually for all my disks...
It says something about that the resource handlerfor transactions has
detected an unrecoverable error and failed to start.
I get this for all my volumes - I don't think it is the disks that are at
fault, but the service :)

There is no info available for this event it seems.

Just something I thought of.. I had XP on this PC before (on a separate
disk) - can this error be caused by the fact that the XP user account (file
owner) is unknown in Vista?
I have file access restrictions on some of the files.
