If more info is needed, please let me know and where to find it. Any and all
help is most appreciated.
Where did MS-DOS go? It was so simple.

Thanks.

(snippage)

There is a simple fix - "from day 1 blue screens..." - take the computer
back for replacement under your warranty! If you've had the problem
since the beginning, you have hardware issues. They will not heal
themselves and no amount of tinkering with the operating system will
help. A new machine right out of the box should not have blue screens.
