can any one help me on understanding the following.
having booted up my system and started to use my PC it suddenly closed down.
i tracked the following from error message, but do not know how it can be
resolved ?

hello Mr Smiley,
it's great to have people whjo know which direction to point you in and for
that i am greatful. i eventually did find that this was related to the
keyboard / mouse which was incorrectly installed. i have now updated the
software to a wireless multimedia keyboard and mouse, and hopefully i will
have resolved the problem ( fingures crossed). i now no where to look if it
happens again, thank you once again for your help
